The pool industry is saturated with owners that take money and don’t complete projects or don’t keep projects progressing and extending completion times. This can sometimes be due to the ‘pool ponzi’ scheme where they start the next project, collect money, and repeat before they have to pay. It helps their cash flow but not your project!
